With Umbria's pro plan we offer white glove onboarding where we can migrate any existing docs you have to Umbria! Once the documentation has been migrated we will hand it back over to you to make any edits or changes you might want.
Navigate to the "Users" section of Umbria settings. There click invite and enter the email of the user you wish to invite to your organization. If there is a "No user found with that email" error it means that your invited user needs to make an account with Umbria first. Click here to learn more.
All users that are invited need to have an Umbria account. Once they sign in with Umbria they can be added to any organization.
Your site is in "Light Mode Only" by default. This means that your site is only viewable to your end users in light mode so the editor will not be toggleable to dark mode. To change this setting and make your site viewable in both light and dark mode to your end users, visit Site Settings in the top right corner of the editor and in the "Theme" tab change "Dark Mode" to "Light and Dark". Visit our Theme page for more information.
Yes! Your published site is given a randomly generated URL if there is no custom domain entered. However, you can easily attach a domain to your docs. Learn how to on our Domain page.
Yes, we support mobile, tablet, and desktop viewing.
