General Settings

All of the following settings are found on the right sidebar. These settings are found in components of all different categories. This list covers the most commonly used features on the components.

Make sure a component is selected to view its settings in the right sidebar.

"Logo" Settings on the right sidebar

Upload File

Upload the file of the image you wish to place in your component here.

Alt Text

Fill in the Image Alt field with a description that will be in place of an image on a website to help screen reading tools describe images for accessibility.

Scaling (Not present for all image settings)

Change this field to impact how your image will scale to fit the container.

Show (Not present for all image settings)

Whether the image is present / visible in the component or not.

Overview

Components with icons can be customized in the "Icon" expandable tab in component settings.

Click "Choose Icon" to open the Icon Picker dropdown and click on the icon you want for your component. You are able to search for icons as well. Changes will be displayed instantly in the editor.

Custom SVGs as Icons

You can upload an SVG as your icon. To upload the SVG, click on the icon picker and select "Upload Icon" located after the scrollable menu at the bottom of the dropdown.

Once this button has been clicked, select a file from your computer.

Icon colors will automatically be inverted when switching to dark mode.

The uploaded SVG needs to have width and height dimensions in order for the the SVG to be used as an icon.
